Delivery Policy

We want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here you’ll find information on how we handle deliveries.

Delivery Time

We process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days. During campaigns or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.

For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.

Delivery Method

We deliver with [PostNord / DHL / Bring / other carrier – choose what suits you]. The package is sent either to your nearest pickup point or directly to your mailbox, depending on size.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Uncollected Packages

Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of 150 SEK to cover our costs for return shipping, handling, and administration.
