Delivery Policy

We want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here you’ll find information on how we handle deliveries.

Delivery Time

We process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days. During campaigns or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs Sweden

Free shipping on orders over 799 SEK.

For orders under 799 SEK, a shipping fee of 59 SEK applies.

Shipping Costs other countries

Orders to other countries are shipped from Sweden. For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties and carrier customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient.

Delivery Method

We deliver with Postnord normally. The package is sent either to your nearest pickup point or directly to your mailbox, depending on size. 

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Uncollected Packages

Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of 150 SEK to cover our costs for return shipping, handling, and administration.
